Nobody’s surprised that the rapper’s sounding off about it. “I’ve never won a Grammy against go a white artist,” West complained during a rambling on-stage rant at a concert stop in Phoenix Tuesday night. The hip-hop star has yet to win Grammy’s top prize despite turning out some of the most creative and provocative albums of the past decade.
