The police later determined that it was an accident as the contact was incidental and that no sexual battery had taken place. When this was sorted, Ray J left the hotel but E! reports that he suddenly became belligerent with the valets and refused to leave. The police took him into custody and he allegedly kicked the car window, shattering the glass. Police then reportedly took him out of the car and restrained his feet, and he became combative and spat at an officer according to the police report. Its bad news for Ray J, who now faces charges of trespassing, vandalism, resisting arrest and battery on a police officer.
